Cowboys new head coach

It looks like Wade Phillips is the new head coach for the great Dallas Cowboys. What's this mean? Hell I don't know... we'll find out next season won't we. Supposedly he has a great winning record, but I really haven't paid any attention to it or looked it up.. yet.
